ABOUT
Robert is a doctoral candidate in anthropology at George Washington University. His research examines how Palestinian citizens of Israel have adapted to a changing economic environment under both neoliberal capitalism and contemporary settler-colonial state policies. In particular, he researches Palestinian citizens' everyday, gendered labor experiences and how those experiences are grounded in individual and collective histories and environmental interactions.
