ABOUT
Dr. Corrado la Martire is Lead Editor for the Averroes Project at the Thomas-Institut (University of Cologne) since November 2017. From 2015 to June 2017, Dr. la Martire has worked at the Humboldt University in Berlin as Lecturer and Postdoctoral Research Fellow for the ERC-FOUNDMED Project. Dr. la Martire received his Ph.D. in Middle Eastern and North African Studies at the University of Naples “L’Orientale” in 2014 with a thesis on the controversy between al-Ghaz?l? and the d??? mu?laq Ibn al-Wal?d. His main areas of research interest are religious controversies, Arabic philosophy and endowment studies.
