ABOUT
I was born in Bursa/Turkey in 1971, but lived in Hamburg/Germany until 1980. I graduated from Marmara University Divinity School in 1997, and completed my first MA degree in 2006 in Qur'anic exegesis. I came to the US in 2008, and graduated from Hartford Seminary's MAGC (MA in Islamic Studies, Christian-Muslim Relations, and GC in Islamic chaplaincy) in 2015. I started my doctoral studies in Indiana University Bloomington in 2015.
