Yossef Ben-Meir, Ph.D. is president of the High Atlas Foundation, an NGO for sustainable development. In Morocco, he was a Peace Corps Volunteer, Associate Peace Corps Director, and professor at Al Akhawayn University. Ben-Meir has a Ph.D. in sociology from University of New Mexico; MA in international development from Clark University; and a BA in economics from New York University.
