PhD candidate in International Politics and Conflict Resolution researching on the use of international law by civil society actors in contexts of protracted and asymmetric conflicts, colonization and military occupation. Approaches and methodology include Critical Legal Studies, the Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL), historical materialism, the philosophy of praxis, & Critical Theory. Research engages with Palestinian and Saharawi actors working at the international level.
