This roundtable, organized by the Committee on Blackness, Indigeneity, and Racial Justice (CBIRJ), invites MESA to focus on Sudan: its histories, ongoing upheavals, and its possible futures. The interdisciplinary approaches of the panelists will allow for a robust conversation on Sudan and allow us to re-center Sudan within Middle East Studies.
