For over 75 years, Palestinians have been subject to settler colonial destruction and genocide. These constant attempts aim to dismantle Palestinian society, to the point of evicting its members from the category of the human. What do freedom and rights mean in such a context? This roundtable traces the ideas, practices, and theories that scholars of Palestine and Palestinian scholars have contributed to freedom, knowledge production, and the social-cultural role of academia.
